Service Description

In this workshop, you'll learn about the amazing benefits of loving-kindness meditation (creates empathy, compassion, lowers stress levels, etc.), and how it can help you navigate difficult relationships.You'll be guided through the loving-kindness meditation step-by-step. You'll also learn about setting boundaries for yourself and how to protect yourself from energy vampires, or those who drain your energy either purposely or unknowingly. Loving-Kindness Meditation is an important part of Shadow Work as it helps you to practice forgiveness, releasing emotional trauma, and offering ourselves and others feelings of love and light. It can provide us with a new perspective on those we have difficult relationships with and offers methods to navigate these situations. This one-on-one workshop is currently being offered virtually.
