Service Description

Join Sydnie Mulcahy (CYT-200 yoga teacher and certified meditation and mindfulness guide) for Candlelight Gentle Yoga at Moonlight and Mindfulness, a serene midweek oasis designed to gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. As the sun sets outside and the moon rises anew, join us in our softly lit studio, adorned with flickering candles and tranquil melodies. In this class, you'll experience a gentle vinyasa flow with a deep focus on breathwork, allowing you to flow gracefully while syncing your breath with your movements to cultivate a sense of harmony within. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class is suitable for all levels, offering modifications to accommodate individual needs and preferences. So, come as you are, and let us guide you on a journey of self-discovery and renewal. Please bring a yoga mat (we'll have a few extra on hand!) and wear comfortable clothing. In-studio props are limited, so please also consider bringing the props you like best for your unique practice (blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, etc.). Props are not required but add to the overall experience in proper alignment and maximum comfort. This class is offered on MULTIPLE dates: May 30, June 27, and July 18. Please choose the date and time that works best for you when booking.
