About the event
Join Kay & Chris of Journey Drum Healing Arts for a meditation and soundbath focused on wellness & sobriety! This is a safe space to show up, support your sober friends, meet other sober folks, or receive support. We'll begin with a short meditation for personal empowerment and then move into a relaxing soundbath featuring drums, crystal singing bowls, flutes, rattles, and chimes.
