A Practical Magic Evening: A Yoga & Reiki Experience

Join Reiki Master Nikki and Yoga Instructor Taylor for this unique, relaxing, and restorative 90-minute Practical Magic themed class. During this class, you will be guided through a gentle & restorative yoga flow with Taylor, followed by a healing meditation led by Nikki (all to the music of the classic Practical Magic movie!). We’ll end the class with a little bit of group reiki healing to have you feeling balanced, relaxed, and ready to take on the rest of the week!

This is a gentle class and all are welcome! Modifications for all movements will be provided for participants who need them.

Please bring a yoga mat (we'll have a few extra on hand) and wear comfortable clothing (themed clothing encouraged!). In-studio props are limited, so please also consider bringing the props you like best for your unique practice (blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, etc.). Props are not required but can add to the overall experience in proper alignment and maximum comfort.

TICKET OPTIONS:

• Yoga & Reiki ONLY Option - for those who would like to participate in the yoga & reiki, but are not interested in any extra goodies after class.

• Margarita & Goodies Add-On - for those who would like to make this night a bit more magickal with a "midnight" margarita of your choice (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be available) as well as a witchy goodie bag to take home with you!

NOTE: We do not offer refunds for these events, but if you let us know ahead of the class time that you cannot make it, then we can reschedule you to a different day. This credit expires after 30 days.

No-call / no-shows do not receive this credit to reschedule your class. We value our instructors’ time and energy, and we appreciate a heads up if you are unable to make it to class so that they can be compensated for their time. Thank you!

To honor the experience of everyone in the space and maintain a calm, uninterrupted environment, the studio doors will close 10 minutes after the scheduled class start time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be permitted to enter the class- if you call ahead of time, you may reschedule to a different day. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting a peaceful and focused practice for all.
