You observe or pull messages for each point and interpret what that element is revealing—such as what energy is present, what needs attention, what is shifting, or where guidance is being offered.

In simple terms: you’re reading the “energy of the room” through the four elemental directions and the messages connected to each one.

Shaman Benavides, founder of Ancient Soul Work, is a trained Shamanic Practitioner and Reiki Master dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves, their energy, and the wisdom carried through their lineage for over 6 years.

Benavides also works with the subconscious through the ancestral and shamanic realms, helping people connect more deeply with their souls, uncover inner wisdom, and support their personal healing journey.
