Finding Your Bliss: A Guided Mindfulness Meditation
Do you feel disconnected from yourself and what brings you joy? We all know life happens, and that's okay!
This guided mindfulness meditation will help us all to slow down, remind us to listen to our heart, and show us how to reconnect with our bliss. This session will be led by Megan Bliss and is open to all experience levels.
NOTE: We do not offer refunds for these events, but if you let us know ahead of the class time that you cannot make it, then we can reschedule you to a different day. This credit expires after 30 days.
No-call / no-shows do not receive this credit to reschedule your class. We value our instructors’ time and energy, and we appreciate a heads up if you are unable to make it to class so that they can be compensated for their time. Thank you!
To honor the experience of everyone in the space and maintain a calm, uninterrupted environment, the studio doors will close 10 minutes after the scheduled class start time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be permitted to enter the class- if you call ahead of time, you may reschedule to a different day. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting a peaceful and focused practice for all.
