Heart Chakra

At the center of everything is the heart.

The Heart Chakra, or Anahata, sits at the center of the chakra system, bridging the grounding energy of the lower chakras with the intuitive, expansive energy of the upper chakras. When we return to the heart, we create space for love, compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, connection, and self-love.

In this second ritual of our three-part chakra series, we’ll turn inward and intentionally work with the Heart Chakra through crystals, sensory tools, affirmations, intention-setting, and ritual practices chosen specifically to support heart-centered energy.

This is an invitation to soften, reconnect, and cultivate more loving kindness toward yourself and others. We’ll explore practices that can help you reconnect with gratitude, compassion, emotional openness, and the simple experience of being present in your own heart.

We’ll close with a guided meditation and group energetic realignment, giving you the opportunity to settle into the heart space and call forth the qualities you most want to embody.

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the Heart Chakra and a collection of practical tools, crystals, affirmations, and rituals you can return to whenever you need to reconnect with love, gratitude, compassion, or yourself.

Please bring: a yoga mat and anything you’d like to make yourself comfortable. Some mats will be available.

No prior chakra or yoga experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
