In this first ritual of our three-part chakra series, Sydnie Mulcahy will guide you in working with the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus chakras—the three lower chakras that help create our foundation of safety, vitality, confidence, courage, passion, and personal power.

Through intentionally chosen crystals, sensory tools, affirmations, intention-setting, and ritual practices, we’ll explore ways to bring these chakras into greater balance and reconnect with the energy that helps us feel grounded, motivated, confident, and alive.

We’ll close with a guided meditation and group energetic realignment, creating space to release what feels heavy and call in what you’re ready to cultivate—whether that’s courage to make a change, clarity around a personal or professional goal, renewed passion, or simply a deeper sense of connection to yourself.

You’ll leave with a greater understanding of the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus chakras, along with practical tools, crystals, affirmations, and rituals you can continue using at home.

Please bring: a yoga mat and anything you’d like to make yourself comfortable. Some mats will be available.
