Step into a soothing, heart‑centered healing space designed to help you unwind, release, and reconnect with your inner calm. This 75‑minute Holy Fire® Reiki experience blends guided meditation with hands‑on energy work to support emotional balance, energetic cleansing, and full‑body comfort.

Holy Fire® Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of healing energy known for its warmth, clarity, and deeply peaceful nature. Many describe it as a soft inner glow that melts stress and invites a sense of safety and ease.

What Will Happen in the Class

You’ll begin by settling into your cozy nest as you’re gently guided through a grounding meditation. This meditation helps your body soften, your breath deepen, and your mind open to receiving healing.

Once you’re fully relaxed, you’ll receive hands‑on Holy Fire® Reiki, allowing the energy to flow through the body, clearing tension, supporting emotional release, and restoring balance. You’ll remain comfortably resting as the session moves at a slow, nurturing pace.

The experience closes with quiet integration time, giving your body space to absorb the healing and return gently to the present moment.

What to Bring

A yoga mat, pillows, blankets, or anything that helps you feel supported and cozy. Create your perfect nest — comfort is the heart of this experience.
