Honoring the Full Moon: A Yoga, Ritual, & Reiki Experience

Honor the beautiful Full Moon as Reiki Master Nikki and Yoga Instructor Taylor guide you through a healing full moon ritual, gentle yoga (beginner-friendly), and soothing reiki. The ritual will be a way to honor the current lunar energy and other astrological happenings. You'll also be guided through a gentle flow yoga sequence to tunes that pay homage to the moon. This class also includes healing reiki to restore our energy centers and relieve stress.

This is a gentle class and all are welcome! Modifications for all movements will be provided for participants who need them.

Please bring a yoga mat (we'll have a few extra on hand) and wear comfortable clothing (themed clothing encouraged!). In-studio props are limited, so please also consider bringing the props you like best for your unique practice (blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, etc.). Props are not required but can add to the overall experience in proper alignment and maximum comfort.

NOTE: We do not offer refunds for these events, but if you let us know ahead of the class time that you cannot make it, then we can reschedule you to a different day. This credit expires after 30 days.

No-call / no-shows do not receive this credit to reschedule your class. We value our instructors’ time and energy, and we appreciate a heads up if you are unable to make it to class so that they can be compensated for their time. Thank you!

To honor the experience of everyone in the space and maintain a calm, uninterrupted environment, the studio doors will close 10 minutes after the scheduled class start time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be permitted to enter the class- if you call ahead of time, you may reschedule to a different day. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting a peaceful and focused practice for all.
