About the event
Parents & littles (ages 5 and under) are welcome to join! This group will include kid friendly instruction on meditation, combined with the expressive fun of drumming, dancing, and storytelling. All games and activities are geared toward mindfulness, expression, or self-regulation. Each class ends with a brief engaging meditation for all.
This class is also offered at different times for kids ages 6-11! Check our website for those dates and times.
This class is an hour long and the ticket is $30. Drums are provided for you, but you're welcome to bring your own!
