Join us for a special Loving-Kindness Mindfulness Meditation!
Do you feel disconnected from yourself and your body? Would you benefit from learning how to come back to who you are and rediscover your personal strength in a safe, calming space? Join us for a guided Mindfulness Meditation session led by Megan Bliss.
This session will focus on grounding breathing techniques, gentle movement to bring our attention to our physical body, and calling up our spiritual and emotional strength through guided meditation and imagery.
This session is open to all experience levels and those who have a desire to reconnect to themselves. There will also be an open discussion at the end of the session for questions and to share your experience with others.
NOTE: We do not offer refunds for these events, but if you let us know ahead of the class time that you cannot make it, then we can reschedule you to a different day. This credit expires after 30 days.
No-call / no-shows do not receive this credit to reschedule your class. We value our instructors’ time and energy, and we appreciate a heads up if you are unable to make it to class so that they can be compensated for their time.
To honor the experience of everyone in the space and maintain a calm, uninterrupted environment, the studio doors will close 10 minutes after the scheduled class start time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be permitted to enter the class- if you call ahead of time, you may reschedule to a different day. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting a peaceful and focused practice for all.
