About the event
Feeling stressed and achy? Join Taylor in this relaxing class where you’ll be guided through deep-breathing, stretching, and meditation to relax the body & calm the mind- New Years Edition!
This class will begin with deep breathing and grounding exercises, followed by stretches for each part of the body. We’ll end with a guided New Year meditation followed by some light journaling and oracle card pulls, and you’ll be given a small crystal to take home!
Please bring a yoga mat and any other items you'd like for extra comfort (blanket, pillow, etc.). This is a gentle class and all are welcome.
