Personal Empowerment Ceremony w/ Sound Bath (Beginners)

Join Kay of Journey Drum Healing Arts and be guided through a simple & beginner friendly shamanic ceremony that honors you, the elements, and our connection to them. You'll learn how to hold your own ceremonies for yourself and how to bring more magic, support, and protection into your practice.

You'll also get to participate in a healing circle with your Moonlight and Mindfulness community!  After you'll be carried on a relaxing sound journey featuring drums, crystal bowls, flutes, rattles, and chimes before we close the ceremony and go off to start a new week!

This event is on Sunday, December 1, a beautiful way to kick off the final month of 2024! It begins at 11am. Please feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything else that'll give you comfort.
