About the event

Take some time to focus on yourself after the holiday with this De-Stress & Stretch Class! Practice deep-breathing while learning a variety of exercises to help stretch your entire body and recover after the busiest season of the year.


Taylor will lead you through gentle stretching, deep breathing exercises, as well as journaling to calm your nervous system and help you re-fill your cup after the holiday season.


Light music will soothe you, and the class will conclude with participants having the option to pull oracle cards for added insights. Free tea samples will also be provided. This class is 1 hour long and is designed to be all levels as these are going to be gentle movements.
