In the final ritual of our three-part chakra series, we’ll work with the Throat, Third Eye, and Crown chakras—the three upper chakras associated with authentic expression, intuition, inner wisdom, and connection to something greater than ourselves.

Through intentionally chosen crystals, sensory tools, affirmations, intention-setting, and ritual practices, we’ll explore how these chakras work together to help us communicate our truth, trust our inner knowing, and become more receptive to the guidance and wisdom already within us.

This ritual is an invitation to quiet the external noise, listen more deeply, and create space for the answers that may already be waiting beneath the surface. Whether you’re seeking clarity around a decision, wanting to strengthen your intuition, looking for a deeper connection to your own inner wisdom, or simply craving a little more stillness, this practice will give you space to turn inward.

We’ll close with a guided meditation and group energetic realignment, bringing the energy of the upper chakras together and creating space to connect with your intuition and a sense of higher truth.

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the Throat, Third Eye, and Crown chakras, along with practical tools, crystals, affirmations, and rituals you can continue using to support communication, intuition, and inner connection.

Please bring: a yoga mat and anything you’d like to make yourself comfortable. Some mats will be available.
