Sound & Spirit: Sound Healing + Reiki

Sound + Spirit is a unique fusion of Reiki energy and sound healing designed to bring balance, clarity, and peace. Through guided energy work and the soothing frequencies of healing instruments, you’ll be invited to release, realign, and return to your natural state of harmony.

You will be guided through a healing meditation and then enjoy soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and more, during the sound bath portion led by Brittany of Luna Sol Spiritual Wellness. While you're in this state of relaxation, you'll also be receiving reiki from Reiki Master Nikki Rutledge for the ultimate relaxation experience. All are welcome!

NOTE: We do not offer refunds for these events, but if you let us know ahead of the class time that you cannot make it, then we can reschedule you to a different day. This credit expires after 30 days.

No-call / no-shows do not receive this credit to reschedule your class. We value our instructors’ time and energy, and we appreciate a heads up if you are unable to make it to class so that they can be compensated for their time. Thank you!
