About the event
Take some time to focus on yourself with this relaxing Stretch & De-Stress class! Practice deep-breathing while learning a variety of exercises to help stretch your entire body. Followed by a relaxing meditation and journal prompts to help with mindfulness.
Taylor will lead you through gentle stretching, deep breathing exercises, as well as journaling to calm your nervous system and help you re-fill your cup.
Light music will soothe you, and the class will conclude with participants having the option to pull oracle cards for added insights. Free tea samples will also be provided. This class is 1 hour long and is designed to be all levels as these are going to be gentle movements.
