About the event
Feeling stressed and achy? Join Taylor in this relaxing class where you’ll be guided through deep-breathing as well as a variety of exercises to help you stretch your entire body and relax your mind. This class will begin with deep breathing and grounding exercises, followed by stretches for each part of the body.
We’ll end with a guided meditation followed by some light journaling and oracle card pulls, and you’ll be given a small crystal to take home!
Please bring a yoga mat and any other items you'd like for extra comfort (blanket, pillow, etc.). This is a gentle class and all are welcome.
