Tarot & Tails With a Helping Dog Workshop

Join us for an afternoon of tarot, mindfulness, and canine companionship. Tarot & Tails With a Helping Dog is a beginner-friendly workshop designed to help participants reconnect with themselves, and explore personal reflection through tarot while spending time with a specially trained support dog.

Through guided mindfulness practices, tarot activities, and interaction with our helping dog guest, we'll explore themes of comfort, trust, resilience, and connection. Whether you're new to tarot or have an established practice, this workshop offers a welcoming space for reflection, self-discovery, and a little joy along the way.

About the event:

• Ground with a gentle mindfulness exercise 

• Learn about a support dog’s role, training, and the important support they provide

• Draw a tarot card for a guided check-in exploring your current emotional landscape, needs, or intentions

• Explore themes of comfort, trust, and companionship through tarot prompts and reflective discussion

• Journaling time with the calming presence of a helping dog 

NOTE: We do not offer refunds for these events, but if you let us know ahead of the class time that you cannot make it, then we can reschedule you to a different day. This credit expires after 30 days.
