Service Description
Join us as we explore dance and somatic movement that truly feels good in our bodies! This is not your average dance class - no experience needed, no mirrors or intense choreography to remember - we’re just moving and grooving! Kay leads us in stretching, somatic movement, and basic dance moves that you can add your own unique style to. This event will be held on multiple dates. You choose which one works best for you: Tuesday, May 14, 6:30-7:30pm Sunday, May 19, 11-12pm Friday, May 31, 6-7pm Tuesday, June 11th, 6:30-7:30pm Saturday, June 22, 11-12pm Wear something comfy and if desired, feel free to bring a yoga mat for the stretching portion (although not required!).
