Our Story
It all began with a moon circle...
Hi! I'm Nikki and this is my husband (and candle genius) Tyler!
Here's the short version of our story: Moonlight & Mindfulness officially began in early 2020 after I hosted a moon circle in our apartment and fell in love with teaching and nerding out about astrology. As more circles were held, we wanted to create something for folks to bring home with them, and that's when we started creating products and began developing an online store.
Then the pandemic hit. During this time, we built our online store and really dove into becoming an official small business. With an aim to create safer candles, and after much trial-and-error, we developed our 100% soy wax crystal candles, and this really allowed us to expand.
And now - we have over 11,000 sales on Etsy, and 44,000 followers on Instagram, and we just opened our very first BRICK-AND-MORTAR LOCATION with an event space to host moon circles, meditations, yoga, candle-making, and more. We feel so grateful this journey has led us here and thank you for coming along for the ride.
